Maruti Suzuki Service
Maruti Suzuki is the largest selling automobile company in India. As being India’s highest selling automobile company, they also provide service to these vehicles. When the vehicles comes in for servicing they face technological bottleneck at these service centres, due to which a lot of congestion is created. Other troubles which the current service centres face are lack in productivity and efficiency while serving a car. A Service centre measures the productivity by seeing the number of cars serviced in one day in a single bay. Everyday results were showed that the productivity wasn’t increasing due to which customers were being unhappy with the time for servicing the vehicle and lacking efficiency.
Higgs Boson and Co have come out with the solution to these problems. First thing that will be done is complete rebranding of Maruti Suzuki Service. It will be based on the values of productivity and efficiency, which is what Maruti Suzuki as a brand focuses to achieve.
Moving ahead, the issue of technological bottleneck will be resolved, due to which congestion shall die down. Lastly the productivity and efficiency of these service centres need to be strengthened, which would enable Maruti Suzuki Service to satisfy the customers.
Maruti Suzuki Studio
The concept of this idea is to bring a multipurpose studio inside Maruti Suzuki’s factory. This project is quite beautiful and challenging. The space is being created with the purpose of using it for various function. It can be used to shoot an advertisement for their vehicles, or hold a workshop on how to service a car or use it as a meeting or conference room. Furthermore, they want to use this place to record the podcasts and broadcasts of the chairman of the company, Maruti Suzuki.
Higgs Boson and Co is collaborating with Cisco on this project. As the name suggests, it’s a studio, for that the lightning and acoustic of the place needs to perfect. The challenge is to convert a small conventional place into a multipurpose studio. The design needs to be modular and adaptable as the size of the studio may be vary from place to place. Lights and acoustic needs to be designed keeping in mind the multiple functions of the studio and should cater to all purposes.
Faraaz began his career as a researcher with IIT Delhi, working on consumer insights and trends across India. For a brief period of time, he worked in management, eventually joining Dentsu Creative Impact as a Manager. Having 11 years of experience in space & retail design and over 8 years of experience in market research and advertising, he’s basically Jack of all these trades but has become a master in the field of retail & space design.
pursued his Post Graduation from IIM Lucknow, before plunging into the field of advertising and retail design. He is a critical thinker who has the ability to work well under pressure and to act in utmost confidentiality. He believes in providing an experience in retail and space design and loves to converts one imagination into reality.
He tends to create as amalgamation in a border-less world, working across various categories of profiles ranging from automotive, FMCG, durables, publications, corporate marketing, retail design, B2B and beverages. The various brands he worked with are Maruti Suzuki, Max Healthcare, Steel Bird, Krispy Kreme, OMG, Alibaba, Hitachi and UC News. Furthermore, he’s worked as a business consultant for Poshtick, Wigyapan, Daily Digital, Belleza Casa, Timber Acoustics, Awsum, and Gestalter Beratung.
Shakir always wanted to ride the management wave so he decided to pursue B.Tech along with PGDCM from NICMAR in construction management. At Higgs Boson and Co, he’s the Head of Procurement. Shakir is the perfect person to head this role as he has 25 years of significant experience in project planning strategy, budgeting, quality & cost control analysis and project management.
His experience in this field makes him one of the best and makes sure that the clients demands are fulfilled. From procuring the good and services required from the correct supplier, to making sure that the project stays cost effective and is completed on time. Shakir has excellent analytical and negotiation skills which makes him acquire the best deals from outside suppliers. He possesses a vast knowledge of construction industry and material which enables him to see the whole picture. Exceptional skills in math and budgeting helps him to make the project within the client’s budget including all aspects of construction.
Shakir has worked with various esteemed companies such as Sahara housing, Reliance Retail, Dentsu Group & Maruti Suzuki. His past work includes providing a housing society of 1800 families and creation of 200 retail stores and warehouses of Reliance Fresh. Furthermore, six regional offices, head offices, Arena retail outlets and service centers for Maruti Suzuki, India’s largest Automobile company. It’s safe to say that his work is remarkable and you can stay assured by bestowing your project in his hand.
Formerly Juned has worked under various organizations before acquiring the title of Project Head and Value engineer at Higgs Boson and Co. He graduated from NICMAR in BTech in Civil engineer P.G in project management. He always had a flair for working at key management position which provided challenging opportunity. The companies he worked under are Rajiv Gandhi cancer Institute & Research center, Fairwood Project management and consultancy services, Dentsu advertising and media services and B.L Kashyap & sons Pvt. Ltd. Juned held management positions in these companies and has gained tremendous amount of experience making him suitable for the role.
As Project head and Value Engineer, he makes sure that the project he is heading is completed under the guidelines laid out by the client. Juned overlooks all the aspects in the construction of project, be it attending meeting with vendors and supplier, providing technical assistance, quotes etc. Additionally, he prepares strategy required for the successful completion of the project, evaluates the overall progress and creates report for clients as per their requests. Juned assigns the best team for the project as per its requirement.
As a Value Manager, he looks into maximizing function at the lowest possible cost, not to reduce the bottom line. The name of the game remains product quality. Value engineering is a means of ensuring that the owner does not overpay for quality when a more cost-effective alternative is available. Juned carefully looks at the available options within the budget set by his clients and delivers the best pick which not only is cost effective but better than the alternatives available in the market. Moreover, it makes Juned look at his projects in a wider lens and allowing him to analyze the plans and process, for him to identify cost effective alternatives which suits the requirements of the project. But it isn’t easy to look for alternatives, because one needs to know where and what to look at and Juned is perfect for this because of his vast knowledge about the field and years of experience.
